The online management system is for all members so they can view their personal information and training records we have stored. It is very important that your record is kept up-to-date.
Office 365 is now live and all members aged 16 and over are able to receive a division.sjaw.org.uk email address when they login to the online management system for the first time.
1) If you have never received a logon for the online management system, please click https://sjaw.org.uk/register/enable and enter your membership number and date of birth.
2) If you cannot remember your logon for the online management system, please click forgotten password and enter your registered personal email address. If you have updated your personal email address since registering, please contact email@example.com and let us know. You will receive an error message “There was an error initiating the password reset request. Check you have inputted your email address correctly and try again” if we do not have your most up-to-date email address.
3) If you are unsure as to your Office 365 password, currently the Can’t access your account? isn’t operational due to a number of members changing their personal email address to n/a or random characters. It is imperative that we have your correct personal email address so that password resets go to the correct individual.
